■ Served as CEO of High Energy Capital for 10 years and became a partner in 2012. With more than 15 years of working experience in investment banking and investment field, he has successfully planned more than 10 Chinese enterprises to go public in China A-shares and capital markets such as Hong Kong, Singapore, the United Kingdom and South Korea, and has led many debt restructuring cases of large enterprises. Participated in the planning of the establishment and development of high energy private equity funds and fund management business, and successfully completed equity investments in a number of PRE-IPO projects.
